Today’s To Do List that secretly extends throughout the rest of this week:
- Juice greens
- Update resmue
- Email prospective employers my resume
- Update my applitrack application
- Finish uploading assignment to TaskStream
- Finish Curriculum Connection #3
- Run 6k for the first time, or at least try.
- Capstone presentations
- Buy stamps
- Address and send out announcements
Any help? :)
I signed up for this 6k and it’s an enormous deal. I went from never working out, working out for short spurts at a time with months of inactivity to now working out 4ish days a week. I’ve lost and kept off 30lbs. I SIGNED UP FOR A 6k.
My life is changing by what feels like leaps and bounds. I can’t describe how wonderful this is.
All the while I am sharing this with my followers and asking advice etc and I am just disappointed. I don’t mean to rant, but it’s upsetting that not only am I progressing an recording it all, but I’m taking time out of my day to do it and I’m hardly getting any response.
Tumblr has wonderful benefits like being able to support other people, finding motivation and simply sharing my challenges and inspirations. I also know I am not the best blogger. Usually my post are blips, but why u no give me feedback, lovely followers? I feel rather rejected right now.
Currently freakin out about signing up for a 6k. It’s six weeks from now. Ya. And it’s outside! I obviously train on a treaddy. Shit.
Any advice on how to transition from treaddy to outdoor training? Any advice on specific diet like extra protein or anything?
Guys! This is a big deal!!
I worked out today. I actually increased my workout today too, woo hoo!
So I want to sign up for a 5k. I can’t find hardly any info on 5Ks online. Info on a 5K is usually posted in advance, right?? Weird. Any advice?
I ate fries yesterday. And a mozzarella stick. And a few bites of steak. Oh ya- a donut.
Trying not to beat myself up. Still- I keep being lenient with myself and I’m not really achieving a healthy lifestyle.
