The Race Was AWESOME!!
It was hard because a lot of it was uphill and I’ve been mainly training on flat ground. Regardless of that, I kept thinking, “gosh I’m going so slow!” but I ended up beating my own PR with a time of 53 minutes!! Can you believe it?! So I’m just sitting here… Thinking about the race. And at first I’m like this: Then I think, OMG, 3,000 people. New track. Then birthday dinner and I’m like:

Wearing a dress to the DMV is a good idea. Not only did someone give me their number, which was 50 less than mine, I got an awkward b-day handshake and the DMV lady who I spoke with was SUPER nice! :)
